A+C Studios is a one-stop-shop animation production studio that aims to deliver ideas and provide space for compelling animated storytelling. 

We're based by the seaside in Margate and have over 14 years of experience producing animation. 

We're a passionate and innovative team and this role will involve working at our studios, managing multiple stages... 

Every day is different - working with clients big and small, playing with Plasticine and LEGO!

Being based by the sea in Margate isn't just a happy coincidence. The creativity that runs through the town is embedded in everything we do at the studio. It is a big part of our identity and we love finding others who share that passion for this unique pocket of the world. 

Stop-motion doesn't happen on its own, it takes a team of dedicated professionals to bring it all together. We're proud to say that our team are some of the best individuals you could get to meet. 

All of our team are passionate about living near the coast, enjoying the benefits of out-of-city living. The surrounding area and community bring a wealth of diversity to the studio and we like to meet people from all walks of life!

Everyone who joins the studio gets a fully rounded induction into stop-motion, the studio, the different departments and how we all work collectively as a team.

However, it doesn't stop there. Courses are on offer to all employees to help upskill and improve on their current skillset wherever and whenever possible.

Many at the studio started in junior positions and have progressed with us. We want to foster enthusiastic, creative and hard-working individuals to be the best that they can be.

Unfortunately due to the high volume of applications and work enquiries we receive, we can’t always reply to everyone. While you don’t need to chase us, please do keep sending us updated examples of your work (we suggest sending us new work every 6 months). Remember, we might not be looking for someone with your skills right now we could be in a few months time.
